The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Handball In Schools Of Physical Education Traditional Schools In Puyang City

The handball game is both track and gymnastics sport with the ball,which promotes juvenile physical and mental growth,and forms the habit of physical and mental health.By method of literature serach,expert interview,questionnaire survey,and logistic analyse,I have researched all the 5 handball schools of physical tradition in FuYang,pointed out the problems and provided suggestions and countermeasures.To research the handball schools of physical tradition in FuYang,I have surveyed 7 fields: society support,area and equipment,expenditure investment,students,teachers,school leaders and pupil parents.According to the survey,I have found the following problems: 1,in Fu Yang,the handball schools of physical tradition could make students robust and improve both tactical and technical levels while they are imbalance and they run in single mode.2,little investment mainly by school finance bill,while there are hardly training chance and time.3,the players are often too young,the poor achievement,the big difference between urban and rural,with the aim of entering high school and improving the tactical and technical levels.4,In FuYang,all the handball teachers are male and old,mainly with bachelor degrees and low title levels,they work hard but the pay is poor.5,They take care of the handballs by traditional physcial method,while there are few meeting on sport and the attention is less.6,Some pupil parents support the training while others don't.Highly educationed parents with good wage could bring up excellent students,some parents do not support the training just becasue they hope their children will not go the physical way,for it is full of hardship.Aiming at the handball problems of FuYang,I have provided the followings countermeaures.1,generally improve the education and training level,dertermine useful rules.2,school leaders should update the mind and follow up the time,check strictly and improve the traditon equity by carrying out “Management Rules in Physical Traditonal Events”([2013]10).3,Widen the fund coming way,and get new blood by adsorbing society money.4,provide good training to the handball teachers and fetch in the talented so as to improve the levels of the teachers.5,do more literature study,form smooth training and transportation system by “combining physcial and education”.6,improve the intercommunion among schools and build different contest system,add handball contests,and improve the equilty by quantity,in order to improve the teachers' temporary teaching ability and the athlete's competition capability.
