Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Traditional Handball Schools In Jiangsu Province

Handball is a ball game that is beneficial to the development of young people and healthy growth.As an Olympic sport,it attaches great importance to the relevant administrative units of the sustainable development of reserve talents.Based on the field investigation,literature,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics methods,such as 7 handball traditional project schools in jiangsu province to investigate the status quo,development of handball traditional project schools in jiangsu province and analyze the problems of handball,handball in traditional project school of jiangsu province provide Suggestions and countermeasures for sustainable development of handball.Research conclusion:(1)a total of eight handball traditional project schools in jiangsu province,respectively located in southern jiangsu and northern jiangsu two area,including 5 in the south of jiangsu,north jiangsu 3,1 primary schools,junior high school 6,1 senior high school.Each school has a relatively complete organization and management,7 schools have a supporting enrollment policy;(2)among the 10 handball coaches in jiangsu handball traditional program school,9 of them are between 25 and 60 years old,and their gender is 9 males and 1 female.Among them,7 have bachelor's degree,7 have intermediate titles,8 have athlete's rank,and 8 have more than 6 years' teaching experience.(3)survey of 140 athletes,75.7%of the students is the identity of the ordinary students training,athletes selecting mainly through measuring the physical quality and height on the basis of bone age and other athletes to have a positive attitude of the training,but on training effect evaluation is not satisfaction over 50%,parents support the participation of athletes at 85%;(4)among the 7 schools studied,4 schools have built indoor and outdoor venues,and 3 schools have only outdoor Spaces,which can basically meet the training needs.Most schools training funds sources rely mainly on administrative appropriation,only 1 school has corporate sponsorship,the funds mainly used for the purchase and maintenance of the equipment,to purchase sportswear and used for athlete's nutrition;(5)more than 90%of athletes train more than 5 times a week.Most schools train for about half an hour each time.(6)problems in traditional handball school in jiangsu province:(1)some athletes are not satisfied with the training effect;(2)insufficient funds input;(3)inadequate management mechanism;(4)most athletes have no athlete level;(5)the faculty is weak in scientific research;(6)low popularity of handball.In view of the problems in the development of traditional handball schools in jiangsu province,the following six Suggestions are put forward in this study:(1)improve the competition level of handball teams and strengthen the training of athletes.(2)increase the publicity of handball in all areas of jiangsu province.(3)increase the investment of handball special funds and broaden the sources of funds.(4)improve the management system and strengthen the supervision of traditional schools.(5)improve the transport mechanism and expand the transport channels.(6)strengthen the scientific research and professional training of the coaches.
