Handball is an ornamental strong fierce antagonism ball team project.Chinese handball began in Guangdong province first in our country since the 1950 s more than 60 years ago.Although handball team has achieved good results in recent years.But under the influence of international environment,the handball has been a lack of self-innovation.The old approach of development has been the international tradition,the technical features Changed less.It cannot have Leapfrog development in short time.Jiangsu is one of the provinces which handball Started late.But the results are very significant in recent years.The training base of Jiangsu handball team is in Suzhou city,and handball developed very fast in Suzhou city,but it is not included school.This article mainly uses the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods.The handball movement development presents situation of primary and secondary schools of Suzhou were investigated,through the analysis of factors affecting the development of Suzhou city elementary and middle schools of handball,puts forward the corresponding strateg to promote the development of Suzhou city elementary and middle schools handball for Suzhou handball sports provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of primary and secondary schools.The results showed that:1.Suzhou district handball uneven development in primary and secondary schools,secondary schools counties and cities group of men and women,the top three mainly concentrated in the Kunshan team,Zhang Jia gang team,Tai cang team;The top three middle school downtown group of men and women,mainly in Suzhou industrial park Jin ji lake,Suzhou city fan from high school,school of Suzhou Zhen hua middle school;Suzhou Wu zhong district elementary school mainly concentrated in the Kunshan team men's team,team,teams in a variety of industrial park,Suzhou city elementary school mainly concentrated in the Kunshan team women's team,industrial park,Zhang jia gang team team.District,elementary school in men and women have different levels of primary and secondary school of cohesion is bad,all school districts in handball sports teacher is less,handball level not enough professional teachers,lack of professional handball special teacher.2.The influence factors of Suzhou handball sport development of primary and secondary schools including training time,training times is not enough,handball special sports teachers lack,school leadership attaches great importance to the insufficient and so on.3.The countermeasures of development of Suzhou city middle and primary school handball development strategies,including setting Suzhou perfect each school handball echelon construction,clear handball coach's pay package,etc.
