Purpose :This study show that the introduction of children’s track and field sports has been carried out in China for nine years.However,more research is focused on the feasibility study of the project in China.What kind of impact has the effect on the physical quality of the students? less.In this study,we discuss the influence of children’s athletic track and field on the physical quality of students in the third and fourth grade of primary school,and provide the reference for the development of children’s fun track and field project.Research methods: This paper randomly selected in Huaian Normal University Affiliated Primary School 1 class of the third grade class(N=54)1(N=51),the fourth grade students as the experimental class;the third grade class 2,class 2(N=54),the fourth grade students in the control class(N=51).Through the experimental teaching of nearly a semester children’s interest in athletics,before and after the experiment were 50 meter running,standing long jump,sit and reach,one minute sit ups,skipping the object represents the physical quality indexes were tested,then the data for statistical analysis,the changes of physical quality index before and after the comparison of experimental subjects,finally draw the children’s interest in athletics teaching to improve students’ physical quality have obvious effect to judge.Results :This study were compared with those of the experimental class and the control group after the experiment.There were significant differences(P <0.05)between the third and fourth grade students,the one-minute rope skipping,sit-ups and other data ≤0.05).Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness of the experimental class changes,the third grade,fourth grade experimental class 50 meters after the experiment,standing long jump,seat flexion,a rope skipping and sit-ups and other project indicators data showed a significant increase in part The data appeared to be very significant.The comparison of the changes in physical fitness of the boys before and after the experimental class shows that the results of the third and fourth grade experimental classes show that there is a significant difference between the boys’ sitting and quadratic sit-ups.In contrast to the changes in physical fitness of girls before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the girls’ body position and the one-minute rope skipping project and the sit-ups before and after the third grade and fourth grade.The results of the physical examination of the boys and girls after the experimental class showed that there was no significant difference between the third and fourth grade boys in the 50 meters after the experiment and the long jump in the project.The change in the number of girls is greater than the change of the boys.Conclusion :(1)Children’s fun track and field have a positive effect on the physical quality of the third and fourth grade students,mainly in the 50 meter run,standing long jump,seat flexion,one jump rope and sit-ups and other training results Has a significant improvement.(2)children’s fun track and field for the impact of boys and girls there are some differences in the third and fourth grade boys and girls after training in the speed of quality and strength of quality test indicators there is no significant difference,but in the flexible quality and sensitivity of quality indicators Achieve more than boys.
