Research On The Development Of Kids' Athletics Events In Hunan

Kids' Athletics is by the IAAF headquarters on 2005 officially formulated and launched,it is based on the characteristics of the development of children's physiological and psychological system,the transformation of traditional athletics and,in fitness,interest,competition and education as a whole.At present,the project has been widely implemented in the world's 134 members of the iaaf.In 2009,with the market of domestic children's soft instruments,children's interesting track and field events were popularized in our country.Up to now,China has developed more than 3000 children's interesting track and field experiment schools.Although the number of 3000 absolute numbers is very large,compared to the promotion time of 9 years,there is still a long way to go for children's interesting track and field projects to be popularized in primary and secondary schools in China.Why children's interesting track and field events have developed slowly in our country,and how to promote the development of the project is an urgent problem to be solved.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and expert interviews and other research methods on development issues in Hunan province children's interest in track and field to carry out in-depth investigation and research,to explore the children's interest in the development of track and field in Hunan Province,analysis of the main characteristics of its development and problems,and put forward the development of reflective plan.The research holds that:About the Kids' Athletics development in Hunan Province,Hunan province children's interest in athletics development has experienced three stages of development,respectively from 2010 to 2012 is to introduce the project stage,from 2013 to 2016 is the project stagnant since 2017 is recovery stage of the project.On the whole,the development of children's interesting track and field in Hunan province started earlier,but its development is slow.Although this year's development is outstanding,there are still many constraints.About the main characteristics and problems of Kids' Athletics and field development in Hunan province.1,the spatial distribution of children's interesting track and field pilot school in Hunan has obvious geographical concentration,and it is mainly concentrated in the capital city of Hunan Province,Changsha city.The characteristics of resources in Hunan province 2,support children's interest in athletics development from single to multiple,the establishment of the first batch of pilot projects in the school are to buy school children's independent consciousness of soft instruments,Sports Bureau,bureau of education and school self introduction of three types of supporting resources and set up this year,the second batch of pilot school.3,the characteristics of pilot project project evaluation proofreading showed a high degree of consistency,the teachers generally on the children's interest in athletics project concept,project design,material design and children's soft instruments of practicality and safety approved or recognized very.Students generally say they like or are very fond of children's interesting track and field sports.Problem.1,the small size of the project is difficult to form the agglomeration effect.There are only 10 pilot schools in Hunan Province,which only accounts for 0.1%of all primary schools in Hunan province.2,the development of children's interesting track and field in Hunan province is fragmented.Each pilot school has different development performance with different supporting resources.The support resources have not reached a consensus on target location,work emphasis and promotion measures.The problem,3 projects there are trifles,sports teachers' understanding of simple children's interest in athletics project,only the children's soft as a sports equipment class secondhand goods in use.To promote the development of Kids' Athletics and field in Hunan Province,we first set up a platform for children's interesting track and field resources sharing in Hunan province to integrate the related resources,so as to form the resultant force of development.The second step is to establish the linkage mechanism of government,school and enterprise,to clarify the responsibilities and duties of the school and enterprise,and make all the work orderly.Finally,the school government enterprise overall operation:to strengthen the construction of teaching staff;strengthening financial and policy support;actively organize various types of all levels of children's interest in athletics events;promote children's interest in athletics teaching ideas,encourage homemade equipment;deepen children's Qu Weitian trail project innovation,keep the project activity.
