As an important part of school physical education,extracurricular sports activities have a great influence on the health of young people and play an important role in encouraging the growth and development of students.After participating in extra-curricular sports activities,it is possible to increase the period of physical exercise,solidify and grow sports skills,achieve the goal of consolidating physical fitness,improving health,using sports strength,moral virtue and natural development.In addition,the current high school students are under great pressure to go to school and study too tightly.Whether they can participate in extracurricular sports activities,play the role of entertainment,eliminate fatigue learning,help students focus,and learn better in the next stage.In this paper,extracurbs are sports activities,not sports activities.and do not include vacation time during class hours.This research uses literature methods,questionnaire surveys,interviews,logical analysis,and mathematical statistics to explore topics.Five poverty-stricken counties in Linfen City,Shanxi Province(Ji County,Daning County,Yonghe County,Jixian County,and Daixi County)A total of 34 middle school students in the middle school were the subjects of the survey.Investigation and study conclusions: 1.Through the evaluation of the primary indicators of sports core literacy of junior middle school students by two rounds of experts,a collaborative analysis of expert opinions was conducted.Finally,four core sports literacy indicators for junior high school students were identified,namely,exercise cognition and fitness.Physical ability,healthy behaviour and sports awareness.2.The number of junior high school students in poverty-stricken counties who are always or frequently participating in extracurricular sports activities in elementary school is close to half of the number,and has not reached a large area.Frequent extracurricular sports activities include running,games,and basketball.Most of them participate in basketball.The time for junior high school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities every week in elementary school is not sufficient.Most schools cannot meet the needs of students in the number and time period of extracurricular sports activities.3.The participation of extracurricular sports activities in elementary schools in impoverished counties was related to the impact of junior high school students' sports core qualities.In the four dimensions of junior high school students' core sports literacy,the participation of extracurricular sports activities in primary school and physical fitness is most significant.In the cognitive ability of sports,the main factors influencing the core qualities of junior high school students are whether school venues and equipment,warm-up before exercise,relaxation after exercise,watching sports events,paying attention to sports news,understanding of sports,sports and cultural knowledge.Understanding degree;In the fitness practice ability,participating in extracurricular sports activities and participating in extracurricular sports activities every day are the main factors affecting the junior high school students' core qualities of physical education.Among the healthy behaviors,the main factors affecting the junior high school students' core sports qualities are participating in extracurricular sports.The factors of the activity,the understanding of the treatment of sports injuries,and the rest after participating in extracurricular sports activities;In sports consciousness,the main factors influencing the junior high school students' core qualities of physical education are whether they like physical education in primary school,and affect the extracurricular activities in primary school.Main factors of sports activities,whether they are willing to participate in extracurricular sports activities in primary school,whether they are willing to discuss sports issues with their classmates in elementary school,whether they are willing to participate in sports competitions in primary school,whether they are willing to spend more time solving sports problems in primary school,and participate in extracurricular activities in primary school.The purpose of sports activities.The paper recommends: 1.The government is advised to increase education in impoverished counties to ensure that students in impoverished counties have physical facilities such as venues for physical exercise to ensure the most basic conditions for running schools and to increase government compensation for impoverished counties,especially schools.Strength.2.It is recommended that schools carry out extra-curricular sports activities such as sports games,sunshine sports for an hour,etc.,and set up physical activity courses based on actual conditions.It is suggested that schools include the content of extracurricular sports activities as an integral part of students' performance assessment.At the same time,it is proposed to increase the elective courses for primary school students in order to arouse students' interest in extracurricular sports activities,so as to improve the core of students' sports as a whole.3.In terms of physical education teachers,the development of students' core qualities in extracurricular sports activities requires teacher-student interaction,teaching expertise,and collaborative development.On the one hand,it actively promotes and encourages students to actively recognize extracurricular sports activities.On the other hand,students should fully understand their situation so that they can participate in extracurricular sports activities at the right time.4.In terms of the students themselves,it is recommended that students exercise more in the primary school,and they can improve their core sports literacy by actively participating in extracurricular sports activities.Participating in extracurricular sports activities not only improves students' core qualities of sports,but also enables them to develop rare time for physical exercise,which will enable students to benefit for the rest of their lives.
