Graduate students are the highest level of high education in China.In order to cultivate the high-quality innovative candidates for our country socialist construction,the ability of scientific research innovation is the key of graduate education.And scientific research is dependent on the quantitative analysis which is based on a large amount of data,so the establishment of the current data intensive scientific research paradigm requires scientific research process is based on the data,thus the graduate student's data quality is especially important.In this paper,in order to improve the graduate student scientific research innovation ability,we clear the relationship between data quality and innovation ability of scientific research for graduate students.Furthermore,we build the model responding the effect of data quality on research and innovation ability for graduate students.Meanwhile we have carried the model on the science and arts graduate students respectively,so as to provide reference for graduate student data literacy education.At first,the text has set forth the importance of improving the data literacy of postgraduate students,introduced its origin,basic concept and present situation.According to the former research and the characteristics of scientific data in the big era,we can classify the data literacy into five dimensions,which are data awareness,data acquisition capability,handling capacity and data ethics.To measure the ability of scientific research innovation from the five dimensions: thesis,invention,patent,item and quality,put forward the hypothesis of the relationship between postgraduate students' data literacy and scientific research innovation ability and construct the corresponding structure model.Afterwards,I designed the questionnaire according to the dimensions of the data literacy and scientific research innovation capacity and model assumptions,and then issued the questionnaire to studying masters.After the research,the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed,the results showed that the scale had good reliability and validity.The structural model is identified and fitted by using AMOS software to determine the path coefficient of data module and scientific research innovation ability.The path coefficient is analyzed and the model is modified to obtain the data acquisition ability,data analysis and utilization ability,data ethics have a positive impact on scientific research and innovation ability,besides,data awareness and data processing capabilities have little impact on the ability of scientific research innovation.Finally,we sort these recyclable questionnaires by the subject classification,utilize AMOS to establish the model that the affect of data literacy on arts postgraduates' research and creative ability and science postgraduates',which come to a conclusion that the impact of data literacy towards arts postgraduates' is not big,rather than the remarkable one to science postgraduates',simultaneously,analyze the otherness of affect model of data literacy between arts and science postgraduates.Based on the present data literacy,the current situation and existent problems of research and creative ability,there are relevant suggestions and countermeasures proposed.
