China National Network Information Center(CNNIC)released the 39th China Internet Development Statistics Report,which shows that till the end of December 2016 the Chinese internet users reached 731 million,an increase of 2.9 percent relative to that at the end of 2015;among which the student group holds the highest proportion of 25.0%.With the network as the main carrier,the new media is increasing in impacting the interpersonal ability of college students.This work aims to study the status and function of new media in many factors of college students'interpersonal relationship,so as to improve their interpersonal skills,improve the quality of study and life,promote their employment,and provide some suggestions for the college education managers.Interpersonal relationship is one of the key factors that affect the mental health of college students.Based on the review on the domestic and overseas research for interpersonal ability of graduate students under new media,the behaviorism theory,the humanism theory and the individual-demand three-dimensional theory,the multi-level and multi-dimensional questionnaires are proposed to investigate the primary influencing factors of the college student interpersonal ability for both the non-new media environment and the new media environment.Take Ucinet as a technical means,combined with the specific reality,according to the characteristics of different disciplines,the preparation of multi-level,multi-dimensional non-new media environment and the new media environment of college students interpersonal ability of the influencing factors questionnaire,to Hunan University undergraduate students for the survey data collection,through the questionnaire survey of different disciplines of students in interpersonal communication related information,data mining with social network analysis,use Ucinet,Excel,NetDraw,OriginPro and other software tools to process the data,from the perspective of cohesion analysis,small group analysis and role of power analysis,under the classification of the subject and the new media environment,the university students' interpersonal ability is studied.The results show that,in the absence of new media,the relationship between the students is relatively loose,reflected in the average need to pass through the three middlemen to get in touch with other students;and in considering the role of new media,the average only through 1.8 brokers can be established with other students to contact;in the implementation of the corresponding education strategy,college students more closely.So the new media has greatly changed the way of interpersonal communication,closer to the distance between people.According to the analysis results,the development of educational strategies are mainly:constructing "Interactive Communication Interpersonal Relationship Model",the establishment of a new media platform and a reasonable management approach,the establishment of efficient,united classroom learning groups inside and outside and providing assistance and counseling for specific individual disorders.After eight months of implementation of the educational strategy,take two professional students to do empirical analysis,and the effect evaluation of the implementation of educational strategy was carried out.The results of empirical analysis show that the educational strategy proposed in this study can improve the interpersonal ability of college students,and has a wide range of practical value.
