Open Online Courses as a product of times, it is the result of the development of network information technology and education. At the same time, it is an inevitable trend of the development Educational Globalization. Foreign Open Online Courses, introduced to China since 2001, has made a great-leap-forward development over the past ten years. Such a huge progress has provided a great opportunity for our country. Nevertheless, there is a big difference between China and other countries about Open Online Courses in terms of scale and speed, owing to Open Online Courses in China started relatively late.This essay focuses on analyzing the communication strategies of Open Online Courses. The whole text is mainly composed of four core aspects which are content strategy analysis, platform building, restraints of Open Online Courses and countermeasures of further development. First of all, this article analyzes the current development of Online Courses and the causes of Online Courses abroad rising in our country. In addition, this article analyses the platform strategies of Online Courses from the layout of webpage, interaction and channels of communication. Finally, in this paper aims at the content and platform strategies putting forward suggestion. This article uses the content analysis and literature research methods to regard the spread of Open Online Courses strategy analysis.
