The Research Of Social Service In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Hebei Province

Colleges and universities,as the basic educational institutions in China,play an important role in personnel training and are significant sources of social talents.The shared service of higher vocational colleges is not only an important embodiment of its own connotation construction,but also a concrete manifestation of providing talents urgently needed for regional development.As a major national strategy,the coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei are not only an opportunity but also a challenge for higher vocational colleges in hebei province.In the process of development,how to make use of their individual regional advantages,improve higher vocational education in hebei province,and explore the road of characteristic development is a difficult problem for higher vocational education in hebei province.This study mainly consists of five parts:The first part mainly introduces the background,research significance,research perspective and domestic and foreign literature on this topic.The second part mainly expounds the related concepts and theories of social service of higher vocational colleges.The third part of hebei province first expatiates on the current situation of higher vocational colleges,using principal component analysis(pc)to construct the social service to perform effective model in higher vocational colleges,and 58 schools in hebei province,hebei province,a total of 60 data missing two school)in higher vocational colleges social service ability to perform effective index comprehensive ranking,using correlation analysis,in-depth analysis of the social service ability to perform the effective index and regional economic level,the school is for demonstration colleges,school type,host of relevance,social service ability to perform effectiveness index and the scheme of the most relevant;Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey data,this paper further analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of social services in higher vocational colleges in hebei province.The fourth part mainly puts forward the effective ways to enhance the social service function of higher vocational colleges and the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the social service ability of higher vocational colleges in hebei province under the integrated environment of Beijing,tianjin and hebei.Finally,this paper summarizes the research on the social service function of higher vocational colleges,wishes to point out the shortcomings of this research,and makes aprospect for the future research direction.
