China is an agricultural country,where the implementation of quality education needs paying attention to the quality education in rural areas.Currently 70% teachers in primary and secondary school teachers in China work in rural areas,this percentage shows us the importance of rural education.The teachers' professional level and teaching level directly affect the quality of the whole compulsory education in China.However,rural areas' primary and secondary school teachers' professional development in China has long been relatively low and lacks of professional development motivation,which is very obvious.How to improve rural primary and secondary school teachers' professional development motivation come to the core point in the development of education in China.Rural areas have become a topic of scholars' eager in improving the quality of compulsory education in our country.Many domestic and foreign scholars are focusing on the rural teachers' professional development based on the basis of the theory and practice research,combined with the reality of the countryside junior middle school teachers' professional development in our country.This paper takes Wang Fu Zhan Zhen School as research sample in Jilin Province Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,the author finds out the existing problems in the motivation of the development of rural teachers,and resort to solve these problems that are analyzed former,and puts forward feasible countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the basic concept of the thesis and presents the background,research purpose and meaning of the whole research,involving the basis of theory of auspicious fine,provide theoretical basis for the subject.It also summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of the paper,including teacher professional development theory,demand theory and motivation theory.The third part presents the process of the design of the paper,including the research process,scheme and the design of the questionnaires,etc.The fourth part is written on the basis of the results of the above research,and sums up the problems that exist in the motivation of the development of rural teachers.The Fifth part gives the corresponding countermeasures according to the existing problems and thus help to improve the rural teachers' professional development motivation.The last part of the paper aims to summarize the whole paper and points out the limitations of the paper.
