Teachers are an important foundation of education,The professional development level of teachers determines the level of educational development,and the path of professional development of teachers is the fundamental way to improve their professional level.In recent years,the state has made great efforts to deploy the construction of rural teachers,and effectively strengthened the support for rural teachers,especially in poverty-stricken areas,so as to promote the overall improvement of teachers' professional development.Focusing on rural physical education teachers in poverty-stricken areas,whether it is to strengthen theoretical construction or solve the practical problems of professional development of rural physical education teachers in poverty-stricken areas,it is necessary to optimize and expand their professional development paths,which is a realistic demand.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionn aire survey method,interview method and case analysis method.,and takes rural physical education teachers in Luotian County,Hubei Province as the survey objec ts,respectively from the "other" path and "autonomous" path of professional devel opment of physical education teachers.For analysis,the "other master" path inclu des the pre-service training path,on-boarding education path,and on-the-job traini ng path for PE teachers 'professional development.The "autonomous" path is the autonomous learning path,peer support path,and self-reflection path for physical education teachers' professional development.The research found that there are som e problems in the professional development path of rural physical education teach ers in Luotian County:the path tension is inadequate---the pre-service training the ory is disconnected from the practice;Path blurring---On-boarding education tends to be formalized;Path dislocation---on-the-job training lacks effectiveness;Path lag---the lag of self-learning action;Path Weakening---peer cooperation does not form a joint force;Path rigidity---the solidification of self-reflection.Based on the analysis of the above factors,it is considered that the professional development path of rural physical education teachers in poor areas is mainly affected by the three levels of physical education teachers themselves,in-service schools,and lifelong training systems,and puts forward the following suggestions:Stimulating internal motivation to promote the rural areas the conscious practice path of professional development of physical education teachers;Creating the campus environment and optimizing the main position path for the professional development of rural physical education teachers in poverty-stricken areas;Strengthening the network construction and building the network platform path for the professional development of rural physical education teachers in poverty-stricken areas;improve the training system and implement rural physical education in poor areas the main channel path for the professional development of teachers.
