“Teacher professionalization” has imposed a profound impact on the education sector since its introduction,and the professional level of teachers imposes a direct impact on the level,value and function of education and teaching.The research on “teacher professionalization” has also become a hot issue in recent years.In the research and exploration of predecessors,the development of teacher professionalization is rather common in the current research carried out on teachers.However,there are few follow-up research and evaluation in teacher cases,and there are even less researches on the teacher's growth process by using the sociological and psychological research methods.This study focuses on the process of professional development of teachers' development,which mainly explores the main path and influencing factors of teachers' professional personality development.In this paper,the qualitative research method is adopted.It carries out research on the individualized growth path of outstanding music teachers in a certain key high school,and summarizes its professional development path,and provides the reference for the professional development of music teachers.The main content of the article is mainly presented from the trend of generalization-division-generalization,in which the first part of the main part is the case study of the professional high school music teacher.The more efficient research has achieved through the data processing and analysis of different materials in relation to the lessons given by L teachers,lesson plans and social texts,graduation performance and by the use of qualitative research.The second part summarizes the professional growth path of teachers,and discusses the main development path of teachers from the perspective of professionality.
