Guided Learning Plans With Model Of Group Cooperation Based On Core Competence In Chemistryresearch On Design And Application

The teaching mode of using guided learning plans with the group cooperation model is based on learning plans used for study guidance.In accordance with students’ differences in perception and expression levels and students’ potential new levels,students are divided into groups,group cooperation activities for exchange are focused,and teaching objectives and teaching activities are completed in the form of group work.Through guidance by teachers,study performance should be improved for training students’ independent learning ability,establishing students’ self-confidence,developing students’ core competence and achieving development of every student.The essay has made research on the theory and practice in the aspect of group cooperation model guiding learning plan design and application,and formed a relatively stable learning plan writing mode.It has made specific practices on lesson teaching process,which are suitable for our school.It optimizes the teaching structure for classrooms and perception process of students.Through design,analysis and reflection on cases such as group’s experimental inquiry learning plans,learning plans on basic chemical concepts and theories,learning plans on chemistry exercise categories for core chemistry competence,the essay summed up lessoning modes in different types and guided learning plans for groups of students.It used data analysis to compare the changes of study performance of experimental class and the control class before and after practice in many aspects such as learning performance,learning ability,learning habits,cooperation and communication.Finally,a conclusion was made.Design and application of guided learning plans with the model of group cooperation based on core competence in chemistry have changed the traditional pattern of simple teaching.It not only attaches importance to active learning,but also emphasizes importance of cooperative learning.This teaching mode can balance individual development and collective education,combine school learning with social practice,revitalize knowledge,and pay attention to cultivation of students’ subject accomplishment and comprehensive ability.The teaching mode is helpful for students’ future career development.
