The Research Of Government Supervision On Foreign Non-govenmental Organizations In China In The Perspective Of New National Security Theory

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the constant trend of globalization,more and more foreign NGOs have been carrying out activities in many areas in China such as poverty alleviation,disaster relief,environment protection,education,culture,science and technology,rule of law,etc.They have deeply taken part in the social and economic development of China,and have met the demand in certain areas,where government and companies cannot accomplish.However,due to the large numbers and complex background of foreign NGOs,the Chinese government cannot distinguish some certain NGOs with evil political motivation from normal ones.In the meantime,some of these normal NGOs cannot launch their programs effectively,which is really beneficial to China's economic and social development.The Chinese government is now trying its best to promote its supervision innovation,where there are still may problems.This paper has tried to base itself on the basic theory of NGO and the perspective of the new national security theory.It has analyzed the history and current condition of foreign NGOs in a comprehensive and systematic way.It also has analyzed the impact on China by the foreign NGOs objectively,pointing out the problems of the current supervision mechanism on Foreign NGOs.The author has introduced other countries' administration methods of NGOs and ways to solves the problems mentioned above.
