Research On The Internal Governance Structure Optimization Of Guangxis College

As a backward area of education in China,the development of Independent Colleges in Guangxi is slower than other provinces.The internal governance structure of external and independent colleges and universities,which is particularly chaotic,restricts the goal of maximizing the social benefits of independent colleges and affects their healthy development.Based on the transformation of independent colleges,this paper applies stakeholder theory to study the current situation of governance structure of Guangxi S college,an external independent college and school enterprise cooperation,and constructs an optimization plan in theory.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part defines the concept.It mainly includes "Independent College","governance","stakeholder theory".The third part,after analyzing the current situation of Independent Colleges in China and the status quo of Independent Colleges in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,puts forward the necessity of strengthening the governance of Independent Colleges in the transitional period.The fourth part studies the current governance structure of Guangxi S college,mainly analyzes its organizational structure,governance institutions and operation mechanism,and points out the existing problems in governance structure.The fifth part,using the stakeholder theory to the Guangxi S school stakeholders to define,including core stakeholders,key stakeholders,secondary stakeholders,stakeholders and potential stakeholders such as five levels,structure of corporate governance model for the construction of Guangxi S college stakeholders,at the end of the governance structure,stakeholder optimized hierarchy analysis.
