For the past few years,with economic globalization and the rapid development of international education,the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has developed quickly in this context.Sino-foreign university with an independent legal person,an independent campus,is a high-level form in running Sino-foreign cooperation schools.With the development of 13 years,the number of schools,enrollment,quality of students,quality of personnel training have been significantly improved for our expansion of higher education scale,the introduction of advanced philosophy of education,school method and high-quality resources,boost the reform of higher education and meet the diverse needs of national education and so on,have made a positive contribution.However,due to the limited time of the development of Sino-foreign university,less accumulated experience,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently.Along with the school in the process of strengthening its own building,several deep-rooted problems of university governance gradually revealed,such as policies and regulations to guarantee is obviously lagging,part of stakeholder participation in governance authority pays insufficient attention to the rights,and the responsibilities of internal configuration has not been standardized and so on.All of these have aroused a lot of concern,and come into the university administrators and academics who have studied sight.Improving further Sino-foreign cooperative university governance structure is the key act to cure Sino-foreign cooperative university administration with a range of issues.Sino-foreign cooperative university is a typical stakeholder organization,made up of the multi-stakeholder bodies that are composed of different levels of intersts.The analysis on stakeholder can provide an effective analysis framework.Combining summarize internal and external interests of Sino-foreign cooperative university governance stakeholders constitute,helps maintain and meet the interests of all the stakeholders including Chinese and foreign partner universities,it also helps to improve school governance structure,and to conducive to the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperative university.How exactly to judge who belongs to the Sino-foreign cooperative university stakeholders? What influence can these stakeholders bring to the university strategy and its management? How to classify and locate these stakeholders? How to set up a governance system with the cooperation of the stakeholder perspective? According to the research above,this paper focuses on these four main issues.The first part is relevant research at home and abroad to sort out,and the contents of the article and research methods are introduced.The second section is "stakeholder theory with Sino-foreign university governance",an introduction to the basic concepts that need to be defined,provides a framework for theoretical analysis of Sino-foreign cooperative university governance,to tease out the benefits of cooperation and foreign internal and external stakeholders of university governance bodies.The third part analyzes stakeholder of Sino-foreign university and the relationship of current situation from two directions and four levels.The fourth part discusses the stocktaking the current situation of the Sino-foreign university's stakeholder relations between the inside and outside interests and existing problems.In the fifth part,takes UNNC as a key case,in-depth study of the governance structure of this university,outlining achievements and summary.In the end,policy analysis is made on the current status and problems based on the perspective of stakeholders to Sino-foreign universities,put forward specific suggestions in order to be able to play a valuable role in improving the governance structure and enhance the Sino-foreign cooperative university governance performance so as our modern university system construction to be able to learn how to provide advice.
