In the school physical education,sports skills learning is not only one of the most important fields in the current physical education curriculum,but also the most direct way for students to obtain and improve the specific physical ability.It is also one of the necessary ways for students to lay lifelong sports.The study of motor skills has its unique performance.Primary school students are in the critical period of psychological and physical development.At this time,their motor system and vestibular receptors are not fully developed,and the operation and consciousness of skeletal muscle can not be well controlled.Therefore,it is very important to further study the teaching method which accords with the cognitive characteristics of primary school students' skill learning.Research objective :The current teaching skills,either from the action essentials,explanation,demonstration or from the auxiliary or decomposition exercises,tend to focus on the process of skeletal muscle tension,muscle force to a teaching mode,more serious and generally overlooked on the motor skills to complete the process of early guidance of active muscle relaxation,often caused by the learning cycle is long,slow,error action probability is high,the maintenance time is short and so on skills.Therefore,in this paper,Yan balance and shoulder elbow handstand two movements as an example,using different teaching ways to explore in the skill teaching,whether or not the formation of relaxation process concerned with different motion link antagonists can accelerate the movement skills of the argument.Research method:This paper mainly adopts the method of field experiment of teaching,in order to Yan balance and shoulder elbow inverted motor skill learning experiment content,experiment with some intervention,observe and record the experimental class and the control class emphasizes in the same teaching methods underdifferent motor skills on the learning process.The data were processed by statistical analysis,combined with related theories,and the corresponding results and conclusions were obtained.Through the experimental comparison,the following conclusions are drawn:1.It is helpful to improve the stability of the movement by emphasizing the teaching aid of antagonistic muscle relaxation.2.It is helpful for the formation of good body posture to emphasize the teaching instruction of the antagonistic muscle relaxation.3.The relaxation of antagonist muscle has a positive effect on the retention time of the stationary action,but the significance is not high.4.In the training of motor skills,the male students have better learning effect than girls when the muscle strength is higher.
