Sanda is a highly confrontational modern athletic sports program. Along with themovement technical system, and the gradually improved system of competitive game, theSanda sports level has been improved, and the antagonism between athletes has also becomemore and more fierce. In order to improve the athlete skill level, some coaches often paymore attention on strength training and technical training, and ignore the role of relaxationtraining; this blocks the athletes to raise the level of skills. Based on the experimentalmethod, the author analyzes the influence of the relaxation on the Sanda training skills, andshow the relaxation has significant effect on the improvement in the quality of Sanda speed.The author also analyzes the factors, such as the concept of relax, the physiology of relax,the psychology foundation of relax and the role and the effect of relax.At present, physical education scholars in our country generally agree that, relaxtraining is different from the general body physical relaxation. It can make the participantscontrol self psychological and physiological activity consciously and actively by adjustingbreath and thoughts, so as to reduce the body’s awakening level, then concentration attention,stability emotion and free mind. The author thinks that the relaxation training, is mainlyrefers to how to improve the ability to relax certain part of the body muscles, make sure theathletes can freely use relaxed storage energy and tension force in movement and footwork,movement and body and different movements, so as to improve the quality of the technologymovement.The topic will divide40students in Jilin Institute of Physical Education into two groups,each group has20students, and the technologies of the athletes are the same level by testing.The experimental group and control group do the same technology training(65kg), but thedifference is, the experimental group will be applying relaxation in the training process toimprove athletes’ muscles relax ability. The training time will last for two months. Everytime when training, we do the best to overcome the athlete’s subjective factors, and thenmeet the requirements of the experiment. Before the intervention and eight weeks afterintervention, we separately measured the movement speed, muscle strength and endurance ofthe experimental group and the control group. By using related software as SPSS andMathematical statistics, we put the observation and analysis results into a summary. Theauthor concluded by the experimental method, the group, after a period of time to relaxationtraining, fist leg technical movement speed had significant improvement than the controlgroup, and hit more power. A certain range of relaxation, can make athletes improve theiracid-resisting ability, put off the appearance of body fatigue, and make sure to keep theathletes to a higher competitive level.To sum up, relaxation training has some effect on Sanda skills. Sanda coaches in thetraining process, should not only attach importance to the strength and technology training,but also pay more attention to the athletes’ relaxation ability during the training, pay greatattention to the rhythm in the technology movement and the adjustment in the ability ofmuscle relaxation, make athletes’ body more coordinated, energy be paid more economic,fully play the muscle strength and speed, in order to establish the solid foundation for thevictory in the race.
