On Copyright Protection Of Sporting Event Program In The Perspective Of Internet Communication

Recently,with the vigorous development of the sports industry,sporting event program have become an important part of ordinary people's daily spiritual consumption.However,also,with the progress of Internet technology,the problem about copyright protection of sporting event program is becoming more and more prominent,which leads to piracy of the program is prohibited repeatedly without effect both at home and abroad.At present,the issue of copyright protection in this field has been getting more and more concern and attention in our country.On the other hand,as the problem of piracy is still serious,the industrial interests has been continued to be hurt greatly.In the legal field,different experts and scholars have different views on the properties of sports events programs and the way to protect.And each court has distinct understanding and determination on the nature of sports events programs under the copyright law,solving this problem is still a task of top priority.From the perspective of communication,the paper combines the relevant knowledge of copyright law to do analysis and research with interdisciplinary research methods,which is divided into the following six parts: The first part is the introduction,including the basis of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research method,the literature review,the innovation and the deficiency;The second part analyzes the communication factors of sporting event program and interest relations;The main content of the third part is the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the tort issue about sports events in the Internet Age;The fourth part mainly analyzes and studies the international protection mode of sports events programs;And the content of the fifth part is the theoretical disagreement and judicial practice of sports events programs protection in China;Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions on the copyright protection of sporting event program of China in the sixth part.
