Analysis Of Copyright Issues In The MOOC

Mooc from the beginning of the development of the majority of scholars to attract the attention of now attracted many different levels of attention,its development trend more rapid,influence is also evident.However,the discussion on the copyright of Mu class is not deep.This paper introduces the concept of the connotation,characteristics,copyright and digital rights of Mooc,discusses the necessity and feasibility of copyright protection in the current Mooc,and compares the specific cases related to copyright at home and abroad.The problems in copyright and the reasons for these problems.Aiming at the common problems of these problems,this paper puts forward a more comprehensive and effective solution for the development of China's Mooc and the maintenance of the future Mooc's copyright in combination with the current market environment in China.
