From Internet + to Internet + education people's lifestyle and ways of learning have already undergone tremendous changes. Based on the convenience of the network, the richness of educational resources, the demand for personalized learning is becoming more and more prominent. Teachers' diversified teaching methods are very popular. In the era of rapid development of information technology, the traditional teaching methods have been challenged. Micro-course has appeared as a new form of resource, which has the advantages of outstanding theme, various forms, rich in content, strong interactivity, easy to spread, and real situations and so on, which are liked by the majority of the learners. Micro-course has got tons of attention by all sectors of society since it appeared, the administrative departments of the state vigorously promote micro-course competition; Online education companies invest a lot of manpower and material resources to form the micro-course resources; The front-line teachers learn to make micro-course and apply it to teaching; Scholars and experts do research on the theory of Micro-course. In just a few short years, Micro-course has made Large quantities and also has a lot to improve on the quality. But according to the current situation development of the micro-course, its development faces serious copyright issues. If the micro-course copyright is not well protected, it will not be able to achieve the balance of the interests, which will restrict the professionalization and quality of micro-course development.This research adopts the methods such as comparative research, literature research, case analysis and so on, by discriminating the concept related to micro-Course, researching the literature related to micro-course at home and abroad, analyzing the resources platform of micro-course at home and abroad to clarify the concept, current situation development, the situation of copyright protection, the existing problems of copyright protection and put forward corresponding countermeasures. In the last conclusive part, the innovation of this study were summarized and the deficiency of the research is objectively examined.
