Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Family Function Of 521 Medical Students In A Medical College In Xinjiang

Objective: This paper makes the quantitative investigation of family function for students who are studying in Medical University in Xinjiang,analyzes the factors that affect the family functioning of college students,and finally providing suggestions and effective measures for the development of college students' physical and mental health.Method: 1.Through the questionnaire survey for a total of 521 undergraduates in a medical university in Xinjiang,using relative number for statistical description,using chi-square test for single factor analysis and ordinal logistic regression for multi-factor analysis statistical inference.2.Collect the text data of family problems attending for 379 medical students who attending a medical university in Xinjiang.PRACTICT family evaluation model was used to describe qualitatively,and the classification method of content analysis was used to sort out the data,as well as the main frame is used to analyze and classify the data,and to screen the key factors,important factors and general factors.Result Quantitative research: 1 Comparing with different territories,there is the statistical difference(P<0.05)inminority college students' family members,parental educational level,family power structure,family circle distribution and adaptability type on the investigation and analysis of single factor.There is no statistical difference in other aspects(P>0.05.2 There is no statistically significant differences in the family factors between the investigated Han students and the family functioning(P>0.05).3 In the multi-factor investigation and analysis,the father,who owned major power inminority family,is main factor influencing the family function,and this family factor difference has the statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There is no statistically significant differences in other family factors(P>0.05).There is no influencing factor in multi-factor analysis in investigated Han students,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Qualitative research 1 Among the healthy problems,the top three problems are hypertension,hyperlipidemia,lumbar disc herniation and coronary heart disease.2 In the problems of students' family structure and family role,the core in the family is mainly on men outside,women inside.3 In the case of student family communication,family members can solve all problems together,help each other,unity and harmony and live in harmony.4 In the case of family pressure,economic pressure is the primary problem factor.5 The screening of student family function influencing factors shows that family health problems are key factors,family history of disease is an important factor,family structure and family role are general factors.Conclusion: Family type,economic ability,and role communication skills can help to improve the quality of life of college students,Pay attention to the health problems existing in college students' family members,and reduce the anxiety and worry of college students.To create internal support of core family oriented for college students.Strengthen the propaganda of health education,improve the family members' awareness of disease prevention and reduce the economic burden of the family.There is essential for enhancing family members' communication and forming good family ecology.
