Research On Core Competitiveness Evaluation Of Hengyang A Vocational Technical Institute

With core competence theory gradually receiving more and more attention from the management of higher vocational colleges,how to cultivate and enhance core competitiveness has become an important problem to be considered.Through the reference on enterprise core competitiveness,this thesis defines the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and summarizes its three key components,namely basic competence,talent cultivation competence and social service competence,thus obtaining its theoretical foundation.Starting from the theoretical foundation obtained,this thesis sets up the index weight at various levels through analytic hierarchy process and expert interview,so as to construct the evaluation:index system of core competence of higher vocational colleges and build up its evaluation model.Using the evaluation model built,comparative analysis is conducted for Hengyang A Vocational and Technical College,Hengyang B Vocational and Technical College of Hengyang and Hengyang C Vocational and Technical College,by which the advantages and disadvantages of Hengyang A Vocational and Technical College can be obtained,thus finding out its core competence.In the end,the key factors and cofactors that influence the core competence of higher vocational colleges can be sought out using 4"VIRN model" and value chain analysis method.Furthermore,based on the key factors and cofactors obtained,this thesis finds out the shortcomings of Hengyang A Vocational and Technical College,thus putting forward the countermeasures to cultivate and uplift the core competence of Hengyang A Vocational and Technical College.
