A Study On The Strategies Of English Reading Comprehension Of The Senior High School Students(Grade One)

Reading ability is one of the skills that the Senior High School students should develop in their English study.More and more teachers are thinking it important to develop the students' reading ability.The study bases on the Schema Theory and the Power Wisdom into Force Theory,aiming at the method of teaching of the Senior High School and the method of learning of the fresh students of Senior High.We'll do research on the practical significance of the reading strategies used in English teaching and studying.Based on the English reading strategies of “choose one from four given answers”,We'll do further research on “Choose five from seven given answers”.Not only will we carry out the research of “choose one best answer from four given answers”,but we also settle the new problem “choose five best answers from seven given answers”.We should analyze the problems the students meet in the reading materials and study the methods and strategies of solving the problem“choose five best answers from seven given answers”.The students' interest in English reading can be developed.The ability of reading comprehension can be completely improved by practising a lot by teachers' teaching and students' learning.With our attention concentrated on the students planning strategies,monitoring strategies and evaluation strategies,we can develop their good reading strategies in their reading.We carry out the research among 500 senior high school students or so in some school in Laizhou in Yantai,investigate and analyze the results of their answers.As a result of the different style of reading materials;we'll have a knowledge of the ways to design the problems of reading materials.We're aiming at guiding them to solve the problems using different strategies.We'll make many students reach their destination as many as possible.In conclusion,to study the reading strategies for the fresh students at Senior High School at home is necessary.They can improve their class management.Not only can we develop the students' reading ability and improve their English level,but we also can inspire their learning interest and develop the habit of learning by themselves.
