The rapid development of economy,driven by China's cultural market rapid forward,culture prosperity,culture industry market growing demand for high-quality art talents,the rapid growth of the art talented students,is a good opportunity.It is also because of this,in recent years,high school art students to set up,with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities majoring in art,art specialty class management of senior high school students has attracted the attention of educators.High school art talented students and ordinary high school students facing college entrance examination test,and the need to face the dual challenge the professional examination of art and culture courses,learning the strength and psychological pressure no less than other high school students.But at the same time,the artistic skills of high school students the majority of poor performance in the previous culture course,or there is a significant rebellion,inferiority complex,and its behavior habits and other students also have certain difference.Therefore the school art students in class management process,should not only follow the general law of education,students also according to the characteristics of artistic talents,the all-round development,providing high-quality and comprehensive talents for China's art market.The art of talented students and ordinary high school students have some differences in terms of ideology,psychology and behavior,it should adopt targeted management strategies,which requires high school art students of teacher students combined with the actual situation of positive research,adjustment and innovation strategy of class management.In order to understand the high school art students class management status,in-depth understanding of this special group of art students,taking a middle school as an example,the art students of class management investigation on the present situation of the management are summarized,the existing problems analysis and solutions,hoping to provide feasible reference for the research and practice of the class the management of high school art students.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,including research background,research significance of ordinary high school art students of class management,analyze the progress,about the art students of class management research at home and abroad the main theory,combing the theoretical basis of the subject education theory,motivation theory and organizational identity theory,and the article introduces the research ideas and research methods;the second part is empirical research,which is a high school art students in class management to the investigation of the art students of class management status,the basic ideas and results,teachers and students view were analyzed;the third part summarizes the attribution and Analysis on the existing art specialty of senior high school students in class management the problem that the management concept,management mechanism is not perfect,after the old management method is restricted artistic students class The main reason of the management level,to enhance the high school students of art class management into effect firstly from four aspects;the fourth part is the countermeasure,put forward the improvement strategies from three aspects of management idea,management mechanism,management means artistic students class management.It is hoped that this study can provide a feasible reference for the improvement and innovation of class management in senior high school art students.
