The differences between the music specialty class of senior high school and other regular high school students in academic characteristics,psychological characteristics,behavioral habits,ideological and other aspects are quite obvious,which also determines the need to use completely different management methods and management concepts from ordinary classes to solve the management problems of music specialty class.Different class types have different class characteristics,we should face up to this difference,give full consideration to this difference,and pay attention to and study this difference,through rational and objective analysis,with targeted class management strategy,make up for the shortcomings of the current music class management.The author designed a questionnaire from seven dimensions of goal management,organization management,learning management,activity management,cooperative management,the status quo of music specialty class teachers,and the status quo of music specialty students in high schools.The questionnaire was conducted between music specialty class teachers and music specialty students in five high schools in Y city.Check.Then the interview outline will be compiled by questionnaires that can not fully reflect the problems,and face-to-face interviews will be conducted with class teachers and school leaders who are good at music.Based on the results of the two surveys,it is concluded that there are some problems in the class management of music majors,such as the backward management concept,the single management method and the alienation between teachers and students;music majors exist in the imbalance between the development of cultural courses and professional courses,and lack of learning motivation and interest,ideals and beliefs,and the concept of discipline.Strong and lax ideas and other issues;the school has not formulated a targeted management system,music specialty classes are marginalized and other issues.Then it analyzes the reasons of the problems in the management of the class of music specialty in senior high school from the three aspects of class teacher,music specialty students and school.The reason of immortality comes from the negative influence of the original family on the ideological and moral level of the music majors,the neglect of the important role of cultural courses,the difficulty of self-management and the lack of discipline consciousness;the reason of school management is the over-unification of the mode and the lack of attention to the music majors.According to the current situation of the investigation and grasp of the problem,the following countermeasures are put forward: the head teacher should implement the people-oriented concept of class management,increase the effective communication between music specialty class teacher and music specialty students,strengthen the theoretical study and experience summary of class management for music specialty,and formulate a reasonable plan to promote the writing system The balanced development of chemical courses and professional courses should be combined with the educational strength of teachers and parents of music majors to form a joint educational force;music majors should attach importance to the study of cultural courses,strengthen self-learning management,strengthen ideological and moral education and deepen the sense of discipline;schools should regularly organize teachers' training and learning,public service.Fair and just treatment of music specialty classes,and create a democratic and open management environment.
