Between Music specialty students and common students,there is a big difference in ideology,behavior,and psychological aspects.Teachers can fully understand these aspects and take effective management methods for class management,directly affecting the students' college entrance examination in the three years,related to the children's future and destiny.However,the current management system and related experience music class is not perfect,and the head teacher for music class management experience is relatively small.Through interview and questionnaire,literature research,this study analyze the current situation of senior high school music class management in rural areas and the existing problems,explore the specific reasons,and put forward the feasibility of strategy management in rural senior high school music class.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is about the problems in the management of music special class of rural ordinary high school.The third chapter is the causes of the class management problems of music specialty in senior high school.The fourth chapter is about the strategies of effective management of music special class in ordinary high school.I hope through this research,we can find out some personalized management practice from the rural music students in high school and explore the ways and methods for the management of special music students in similar schools in rural areas. |
