The sense of independence of Senior High School students has gradually increased,and in the life of class groups,they are eager for equal and independent management methods.Class rules are used as a basis for students to carry out class management and become an important breakthrough for students to participate democratically in class management.However,in the traditional class management model,the authority of the teacher occupies an overwhelming advantage,the Senior High School student's ideas are difficult to express freely,and the enthusiasm for participating in class construction is not high enough.In order to improve this basic situation,this thesis takes the Senior High School class rules as the starting point,and strives to establish a reasonable and effective class and class construction system that teachers and students are willing to accept,and promote the institutionalization and equalization of class management.The paper is divided into six parts:The introduction part introduced the background of the issue of the construction of class regulations,analyzed the theoretical significance and practical significance of the class regulations construction,expounded the current research achievements and deficiencies of domestic and foreign researchers in the construction of class regulations,and pointed out the paper Research content and research methods.The second part is the analysis of related concepts.In order to understand more fully the relationship between class construction and class management and the differences between classes and classes,the author first analyzed the concept of class management and class rules proposed by relevant scholars,and proposed the author based on the characteristics of various concepts.Understanding the class rules,inspired by the concept of class system construction,the author expanded the connotation of classThe third part analyzes the function and influencing factors of class construction in Senior High Schools.In terms of roles,the author analyzes the positive impact of class construction on students' individual,class collectives,and the entire school's three levels,and proves the significance of carrying out class construction.Influencing factors on the construction of class rules,the author analyzed the impacts from five aspects,including the national education policies and regulations under the macro background,the school rules and regulations in line with the actual situation of the university,the nature of the classes,the management style and management level of the teachers and The characteristics of students,and strive to make the analysis of influencing factors comprehensive and specific.The fourth part is the difficult content of this paper.In order to clarify the current status of class construction and problems,the author conducted a wide range of investigations,including questionnaires for Senior High School students and interviews with teachers.The author finds that there are three major problems in the construction of class rules:teacher management is overly authoritarian,class rules are inadequate,and student participation is relatively fair.In response to these problems,the author analyzes the three reasons that the teaching evaluation index is single,the teacher management philosophy is backward and the student individual difference is large.These three reasons and the three problems are not one-to-one correspondence,but a one-to-many relationship.That is,a certain reason may lead to a variety of problems.The fifth part is the key content of this paper.According to the many problems mentioned in the fourth part,the author gave four suggestions for the construction of class rules in secondary schools.First,in the entire process of class construction,we must grasp the guiding principles.These principles include democracy,encouragement,equality,extensiveness,seriousness,and operability.The first three principles are for the fourth part.The issues reflected were specifically addressed,with extensiveness and seriousness throughout the construction of the class,operability with regard to the content of class regulations,and secondly,in order to develop a class plan that complied with the actual conditions of the class,And ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate in the development process,must strictly follow the rules and regulations established by the program;then,all teachers and students jointly developed class rules to be implemented efficiently,otherwise the class management will remain in a state of confusion;Finally,to do The evaluation of good class rules should be done in order to evaluate students with class rules,and at the same time pay attention to the evaluation of class rules so that class rules can be more reasonable and perfect.The last part is the conclusion,on the basis of summarizing the content of the whole thesis,analyzes the deficiencies in the process of writing the paper,and points out the innovation of this thesis.
