These years,in the European countries such as Italy,Poland and Hungary,collaborative teaching has gradually become one of the most widely used teaching methods.A large number of studies on collaborative teaching have emerged in the academic field.As I went to Sofia Confucius Institute in Bulgaria in 2016,I found that the main Chinese language learners in Bulgaria are those students who study in Middle schools in all parts of the country.In these middle schools,there is also collaborative teaching between Chinese teachers and foreign teachers.This teaching mode aroused the author's attention and interest.With the further investigation and observation by the author,it is found that mode practiced in Bulgarian middle schools is special.In other words,during teaching,Chinese and foreign teachers are responsible for their respective fields or contents,In the work of mutual cooperation but not interfere with each other.Under this mode of cooperation,the research mainly focuses on the implement of the Chinese teaching of Chinese teacher volunteers.Based on a large number of previous studies,this study mainly uses many methods such as observation,questionnaire and interview,in order to study and analyzed teaching behavior of Chinese teacher volunteers,in light of the current situation of Chinese learning and the learning characteristics of students in Bulgarian middle schools.And then put forward some useful suggestions to improve teaching effectiveness for Chinese teachers.The article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,including the research background and significance of this topic,reviewing the papers on "Collaborative Teaching" in second language teaching field and teaching Chinese as the second language field,the domestic and abroad research"Teaching Behavior".According to the findings of this researchers,the paper defines the concept of "Collaborative Teaching" and "Teaching Behavior".The second chapter briefly introduces research methods,research tools and reaearch object.According to the studies from authority,the article ascertains eight classroom teaching behavior aspects and on the basis of this,makes a questionnaire.The third chapter presents the current situation of Chinese teaching in Bulgaria.This part discusses the "circumstance on teaching Chinese in general","current circumstance of Chinese teaching in Bulgarian middle schools" and "features of Chinese learners in middle schools".The fourth chapter is the core chapter of the paper,is a research on classroom teaching behavior of Chinese teacher volunteers.By observeing the teaching situation of Chinese teacher volunteers,presents and analyses the questionnaire results of students who taught by volunteers,this paper analyses and summarizes the problems and difficulties in the teaching of Chinese teacher volunteers today.The fifth chapter based on the survey results in the fourth chapter,puts forward suggestions that can modify teachers,teaching behavior and helps improve the quality of classroom teaching.The sixth chapter summarizes the full article and the shortcomings of the study.
