Research On The Influence Of Family Education For Quality Cultivation Of College Students

Family education is the earliest education in one's life,the foundation of all education and the first position in the socialization.In one's growing process,family education has played an irreplaceable role.With the development of social economy,the social demands for talent quality are higher and higher.The cultivation of talent quality depends on education,and the family education has a deeper and profounder influence than school education on one's growth.Therefore,this paper puts emphasis on studying the influence of family education on college students' quality cultivation.This paper,taking Wuhan Institute of Technologyas an example,evaluates the college students' quality.By comparing the family education of the different college students' quality,the paper sums up the main factors which may influence on college students' quality cultivation and put forward some suggestions.According to the method of literature analysis to define the concept of the family education and college students' quality cultivation,identified 19 factors of family education which may influence on college students' quality cultivation,and use the method of factor analysis to draw the 13 representative factors;through the way of questionnaire survey,use the method of statistical analysis to concluded the situation of family education and quality level of college students.The study shows that family education surely has certain influence on college students' quality cultivation.The main factors affecting college students quality cultivation is parent-child getting along,parent-child interaction,choosing education ways,education method,education content and family background,six aspects from 13 aspects.Based on collation and analysis on the investigation results,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of college students' family education from parents: establishing the harmonious parent-child relationship,changing the concept of family education,choosing science education models and promotion the education level of parents.By actively promoting the quality of family education,family education really makes a difference in college students' healthy growth and development.
