Since the founding of PRC,the political participation of college students has gone through the following four stages: the rise and fall stage,the revival stage,the enthusiasm-down stage and the re-development stage.At present in China,the space of political participation in among college students shows a transformation trend from the square to the Internet,within political participation in square will not disappear completely.In some specific historical moment or special political context,square is still the main space for political participation of college students.College students more and more actively participate in politics in cyberspace,and effect of online-cluster often leads to group action in the real world,which an interaction between internet and square is inherently related.Thought the aspects of deep-seated social,political and culture,and characteristics of current college students,this paper explore the reason why political participation of college students shifts from square to cyberspace.Under the condition that “political participation in square” has always been there,and “political participation in Internet” develops vigorously,moral education in university should enhance the quality and expand breadth of civic education,improving the humanities curriculum,cultivating culture of campus network,and guiding students practice actively in politics “on-line” or “off-line”,which foster college students growing into active members in civil society,and lay a solid foundation for social and democratic construction in our country.
