As one important aspect of national political activities, college students' political participation (hence: PP) reflects their status and effect at political system; it's the certain result of social development. However, some students are neither interested in political participation at all nor take little participation during the turning point of China's society.The author first gives demonstration on college students' PP, then she points out the bad effect of college students' unconcern on PP. After that she analyses the reason why college students aren't uninterested in PP, all together from four aspects:, reality resource, the market economic resource, the system resource, the history and cultural resource. In the end, the author discusses the methods and makes some realistic suggestions: First, from the aspect of the state that the state should strengthen the construction of politics in order to build perfect environment for students' PP. Second, from the aspect of University, it should teach the students certain knowledge of politics. Third, from the aspect of students themselves, college students should strengthen the consciousness of pp, improve the ability of pp and participate politics vigorously.The author's analysis on some students, unconcerned attitude towards PP during the turning point of China's society, which combines the experts' research fruit with her own practical survey, will exert efficiently to the object of "PP unconcern" and "college students' PP": Meanwhile the tactics that the author suggested will certainly play the warning role in the practical operation.
