Researches On The Innovation Of College Counselor's Work Based On The Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture

Improving Chinese excellent traditional culture was clearly presented in the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform(adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China).“Confirming people's self-confidence of Chinese culture” and “building Chinese traditional cultural heritage system” were also proposed in Central Committee of the Communist Party of China:Recommendations for the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development(adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China).It shows that the Central Committee of CPC attaches great importance to the excellent traditional Chinese culture.It can strengthen students' sense of responsibility and mission to carry on traditional Chinese culture and education in colleges and universities;which also can guide college students improving their personality cultivation,caring for national destiny,connecting personal ideals and national dreams consciously,and confirming the faith to struggle to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.The thesis illustrates the basic contents,the main idea and the features of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The author comprehensively analyzes the achievement of college counselor's work and the current remaining problems.Based on the study of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the author proposes the relevant recommendations to the innovation of college counselor's work.Finally,through analyzing the class meeting activities themed on the excellent traditional Chinese culture in one universities in Hebei Province,the thesis verifies the effectiveness of the innovation of college counselor's work based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The innovation of college counselor's work based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture can be summarized in the following eight aspects: firstly,taking the excellent traditional Chinese culture education into counselor's daily work,and establishing students' cultural self-confidence;secondly,establishing a better atmosphere for students to accept the excellent traditional Chinese culture,to establish the new values to accommodate the essence of traditional culture;Third,counselors should make full use of networkinformation technology,the use of Internet new media to disseminate outstanding traditional culture,to promote counselor management;Fourth,"Germany" to restrain college students,Cultural erosion;Fifthly,guiding students' action according to circumstances and enhancing students' self-management,innovate counselor management work from the student perspective;Sixth,putting more emphasis on the etiquette education and maintaining the fine tradition of respecting teacher and valuing education;Seventh,improving the counselors' self accomplishment on the excellent traditional Chinese culture and making their own contribution to spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture to enhance the traditional culture of the campus communication efforts to create a good innovation counselor work campus environment;finally;putting up faith index into students comprehensive quality test combined with the core idea of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,quantifying,standardizing the student management work.This thesis researches the innovation of college counselor's work based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture research.College counselor's work involves all aspects of student management.How to effectively use the excellent traditional Chinese culture to serve for the college counselor's work is the main concern of this study.The innovation of the article lies in digging and summarizing the core ideas implied by the excellent traditional culture of China,and reexamining the Chinese traditional culture for the innovation of the college counselor's work,combining with the problems faced by the current counselor's management And the status quo of the work,analysis of the work of college counselors can be innovative,in the research point of view of innovation.However,this paper has several limitations in quantitative analysis,e.g.building the models to make econometric analysis.Besides,due to the difficulty to quantify the data in the counselor's work,the statistical coverage is not uniform,and it failed to build an appropriate model to conduct quantitative analysis.This paper,therefore,adopted literature research,interview surveys,and case studies.Industry data related to the innovation of college counselor's work still is waiting to be collected in a systematic way.The improvement is needed and may utilize the quantitative analysis model.
