Since 2005,the party proposed the overall planning of building a new socialist countryside in the fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee,and China’s new rural construction has lasted for twelve years,and achieved remarkable results,China’s vast rural areas are improved in the economic and political,cultural and other aspects of society,but the distance into economic prosperity,the policy is complete,civilized and harmonious socialist countryside,still have a tough road system.Especially with the rapid development of economy in rural areas,rural folk are dyed all kinds of social transition,not originally simple and pragmatic style,thus the Party Central Committee under the leadership of the Chinese government to strengthen the construction of rural civilization attention,to promote the socialist core values,advocating to inherit the fine tradition of the Chinese nation.To lay the foundation of spiritual civilization important for new rural construction.This paper focus on since The late 90s of last century has quickly spread to various provinces and cities nationwide,especially in the rural areas of the underground "Mark Six" phenomenon,aims to clarify its mode of operation and practical utility,analysis of the psychological characteristics and behavior in the underground "Mark Six" activities on the understanding of the underground "Mark Six" event presented in order to explore the social function,which can effectively alleviate and curb the targeted strategies for such phenomenon.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research and interview.Firstly,based on the research results of academic fields have been carefully read,access to the underground "Mark Six" phenomenon in history,the development of general understanding to the abroad are summarized and compared,and introduces the research methods this research mainly uses the theoretical support and,finally the main concepts involved in the research are defined;the second part is the general situation of the underground "Mark Six" phenomenon.First of all,it explains the rising environment,the development process and the present situation of the underground "Mark Six" phenomenon,,followed by a detailed classification of members of the underground "Mark Six" activities,and build a field by the type and amount of capital to determine the position of the underground "Mark Six",then described The concrete operation way of the underground "Mark Six"activities,at the end of the relationship between constraints and interests game among the members is analyzed;The productivity,improve the living standards of township residents;finally,Government departments need to strengthen the care of vulnerable groups,so that they actively cooperate with the rural civilization construction,to achieve soft social control.The innovation of this paper lies in combining the actual situation,making a rational use of the local theory of our country,the "differential order" pattern,and using the pragmatic method of fieldwork to collect authentic and effective interview materials.The inadequacy of the study is that,due to the illegal activities of underground"Mark Six" activities,participants are not willing to cooperate with the investigation because of their own safety concerns.Therefore,the participants in the final study may not be fully representative,and can not use the questionnaire method to further verify the views extracted from the interviews,which need to be supplemented and improved.
