Normal and orderly flow of rural members is the prerequisite for the development of China’s social stability.To ensure that farmers have the opportunity and conditions for social mobility is a socialist harmonious society should be. Different levels of urban and rural economic and social development, leading to social mobility from rural to urban.Large rural populations in order to pursue a superior living conditions, more substantial material basis choose seek opportunities in city.they choose different ways and paths to change their situationThis paper first examines the main path of social mobility.to reveals Higher education, start their own businesses, migrant workers, to Overall general overview of three paths to achieve social mobility.Regard L village in Qiqihar City as respondent to investigate the status of the floating population in the village and analyze the living conditions of the rural members going out of the village by the three ways. Furthermore, on the basis of the output and living conditions of the L Village, analyzing the influence factors of social mobility they chose different ways. These influence factors include economic factors, political factors, cultural factors.Meanwhile, draw a conclusion that the three ways to achieve social mobility have its practical obstacles and the degrees of the realization of social mobility are various, however, this paper does not encourage everyone to select the most favorable way of social mobility but hope that all the ways of social mobility can be open to rural members to reduce barriers of the rural members of social mobility.Finally, this paper presents recommendations including increasing educational fund input of the rural area, enlarging policy support for the rural members going out to do business, give people out of business with more preferential policies, getting rid of household registration system, promoting the development of urbanization through bringing migrant workers into the urban social security system, popularizing farmers’scientific and cultural knowledge, and increasing popular science declared.
