In this study to understand the development of fuzhou city swimming training institution and its influencing factors,the study of customer satisfaction results from other disciplines,puts forward the definition of customer satisfaction for swimming training institutions,and by applying the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,respectively,of different types of swimming training institutions in fuzhou city of teaching environment,publicity and reputation,teachers' teaching,service,price,and effects of eight dimensions of customer satisfaction,comparative study,and then refined to improve children's swimming training institutions are effective strategies for customer satisfaction.The main research conclusion as follows:1,swimming training institutions customer satisfaction refers to the students or students parents,after training and other related services,they in the process of training on surrounding traffic convenience,swimming pool water quality and safety management,equipped with teaching facilities,brand recognition,organization level of teachers' team,fee standards,teaching content,training time and cycle,the reputation of institutions and services,such as the training effectiveness evaluation results,and their expectation gap perception when signing up.2,to set up the index system of customer satisfaction:customer satisfaction as the primary index,also refers to the first level,also known as the target layer;Based on the results of the survey,the customer satisfaction model of eight variables:environment,propaganda and teaching,teachers,price,reputation,service and effect as a secondary indicator;According to the actual circumstances of the swimming training institutions for training,the eight variables is decomposed into three indexes,namely the third level;The fourth level for the index attribute,namely,briefly on three indicators.3,ustomers,swimming training institutions for eight dimensions of customer satisfaction index system focused on the score of 3 to 4 points,referring to the assignment of likert scale,that is to say,swimming training institutions between general satisfaction and satisfaction of customer satisfaction,and not very satisfied with the highest level.4,fuzhou urban children's swimming training institutions customer satisfaction improvement strategies mainly include:(1)create a "fun" classroom atmosphere,set up a practical and diverse curriculum content;(2)strengthen coaches team management,and improve the teaching ability training;(3)provide a good teaching environment and build a safety and health service management system;(4)to establish reasonable charge standard,building in order to promote customer satisfaction as the goal of organization system;(5)the government formulate sound guidance policy,attaches great importance to the effective management for swimming training in the industry and supervision;(6)to strengthen marketing,improve the training service system;(7)the reasonable positioning of customer expectations,correctly handling customer complaints.
