Social training is not only an important part of sports industry,but also an important part of sports consumption with strong demand potential.With the continuous optimization of the industrial structure of sports consumption,the social demand for participation in swimming has risen sharply,the number of public swimming venues has gradually increased,and the competition in the swimming training industry has become increasingly fierce.If swimming training industry wants to develop better,it must optimize service quality and improve customer satisfaction.From the perspective of consumption,this paper uses the method of combination of theory and practice,on the basis of literature review and understanding of relevant research trends,using the basic theory and structural model of service quality and customer satisfaction of swimming venues,to evaluate the ability of public swimming venues to meet customer needs from the perspective of customers.The theory of customer satisfaction is applied to the swimming training industry.Combined with the specific situation of Taiyuan swimming training industry,the influencing factors are divided into six variables:environment,teaching,safety,price,service and brand.According to these six indicators,the questionnaire was developed,distributed and recycled.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by processing the effectively recovered data with Excel and SPSS software.The score of satisfaction was calculated,and the correlation analysis was carried out for the samples.The regression analysis was used to test the effect on customer satisfaction under the comprehensive influence of various factors.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis results:The social training customer satisfaction of Taiyuan public natatorium is low,among which the teaching quality and environment of natatorium have the most important influence on customer satisfaction,the service attitude and price of personnel have a great influence on customer satisfaction,and the brand reputation and safety performance of natatorium have a little influence on customer satisfaction.According to the results of the study,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for teaching,environment,service,price,brand and safety respectively.It is concluded that the swimming training industry needs to strengthen its advantages,make up for its disadvantages,improve its innovation ability,improve its service quality reasonably and effectively,and serve customers’ satisfaction. |
