Investigation And Research On The Training Mode Of Haidian District Children's Swimming Training Institutions In Beiiing

After the reform and opening up as people living standard rise,people involved in the swimming movement more and more,followed by a variety of swimming training institutions also have mushroomed as booming,but what are the similarities and differences between these training institutions? What are the characteristics? What is the management model? This is the main question in this article.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,through to the haidian district of Beijing children's swimming training organization management pattern has carried on the system of further research.Through literature retrieval of literature about swimming training model at present stage can be roughly divided into dependent school training mode and attached to social venues of swimming training model two kinds big.These two models are made up of three dimensions of the operational management factor of the training of the participant factor of the 2010 training institute's environment factor of 2000.In this paper,the analysis of three components of these two models concludes:1.In environmental factors,the training mode that attaches to the school is large and the space is wide,but the training mode is small and the pool is narrow.Attachment school training mode of general water quality health standards higher than attached to the training model of social venues,water is attached to the school of training mode is lower than the social training mode.These two indicators of success rate are attached to the success rate of 67%,social venues and attachment school training model meet the national standards,teaching field two modes each has his strong point.2.There was no significant difference between the two types of training mode participants,who were in the age range of 6 to 7 years,with roughly 55 percent of men and 45 percent of women.There are more students in the school training mode and fewer students in the social training mode.For the coaches,the training mode of the school attaches more importance to the ability of the coach,and the training mode attached to the social arena values the younger age of the coach.3.The training organization operation management mechanism,depend on the school of training institutions training model of teaching order more formal,more strict management,good prestige,quality guaranteed,larger,and attached to the training institutions of social venues training model,management way is flexible,but less people,sometimes there is no guarantee teaching quality,fee standards are chaotic,mainly according to their own environmental quality.4.Two kinds of training mode teaching goals are not unified standards,attached school training institutions training model is given priority to with the professional training,training institutions and attached to social venues training model give priority to in order to exercise more.
