This article starts from the related literature research,has understood the domestic and foreign graduate student and the sports master's employment situation,as well as the influence employment related factor and the employment question,as well as the countermeasure.Then,through the questionnaire survey of the distribution and recovery of their employment statistics,interviewing study in graduate students enrollment leadership,tutor,the Fujian province graduate employment 2011-2016 the sports master status,draw a conclusion:First,from the analysis of the number of dimensions,the overall employment in Fujian province graduate 2011-2016 the sports master rate in more than 80%professional counterparts rate of around 75%,also shows that the demand for quality is in line with the social development of school personnel training.The salary of most graduates is lower than that of the national master's degree in 2015.4777.9 yuan shows that the PE master's salary is low,which shows a phenomenon with higher education and lower income.Second,from the quality dimension and the spatial dimension,there are two"changes":first,the employment units are mainly based on Colleges and universities,and primary and secondary schools are the main ones.Two,employment began to shift from coastal or first tier cities to inland or second tier cities.Third,analyzing from the time dimension,different graduates employment rate in different schools is not the same,but overall from 2011 to 2013,the employment rate declined,which shows that in recent years,the employment rate of the 2009 national trend and began to recruit full-time sports master,and gradually expand the recruit number graduates changed little while the job market will hold that led to a decline in employment.Fourth,the employment situation analysis,find out the external factors affecting Fujian province sports graduate employment MSc(social environment,school education,family environment and the employer)and internal factors(knowledge structure,ability reserve preparation,psychological quality,the concept of employment).Further analysis,graduate schools and the increasing number of contradictions,the employment market demand for sports talents job training content not to better market convergence,the lack of employment guidance and interview skills training,family pressure,employment market,employment units single sports unreasonable concept of employment in Colleges and universities in Fujian province sports school master the concept of employment;the quality of the graduates and the lack of preparation and graduates is one-sided,are the factors affecting Fujian province sports study master graduate employment.
