With the setting-up of the socialist market economy system, have obtained the gratifying achievement in reform of the system that the graduates of our country obtained employment, traditional university student" interconnected system make interconnected system divide " obtain employment mode replace employment mode that" choose a job independently " already. Reform of the system that university students obtain employment, have bring the opportunity of development to university student's employment work of our country, has brought the infinite pressure too. Since the university expanded and employed in 1999, the polyversity of Kunming was in 1999- 2000, the number of people of graduation rose to 4630 for 3194, increase 45%. The employment rate of those years of undergraduate course is about 88%, the difficult problem is outstanding day by day that obtain employment. On one hand China is a talent's poor country, and the existing graduate obtains employment difficult on the other hand, how dispose graduate this valuable talent resource rational, enable bringing into full play each one's ability, make the best possible use of talent, in order to promote the development of economy of our country and social progress, it is an important task put in front of the government department, institution of higher education and other various circles of society at all levels.Difficult factor that this text obtains employment through structuring model analysis university students of QCC; Analyse university student's imbalance between supply and demand in terms of demand theory; Analyse the symmetry of talent market and influence on university student's employment of unsymmetry in terms of information theory, have offered certain theoretical foundation for promoting the sound development of university student's employment work of our country.The analysis of the factor, and combine working experience and propose solving the basic thinking, strategy and countermeasure of the problem through obtaining employment in influencing university students. 1, the thinking : Change government's function, establish the market-based orientation; Improve the teaching way; Adjust discipline and speicality offered; Strengthen the innovative teaching mode; Change the idea of obtaining employment; Offer employment to hinder . 2, strategy: The graduate is a kind of special" products "; Thegraduate's value embodies in employment to expect; The graduate obtains employment the channel embodies in the market; Graduate's employment succeeds in embodying in and promoting. 3, the countermeasure; Change government's function, establish the market-based orientation; Devote more efforts to graduate's careers guidance; Standardize the personnel of accelerating of careers market and act for the system reform; Make the marketing strategy of graduate's employment; Advance the reform of employment work of institution of higher education. The research of this thesis is mainly to difficult to carry on that graduates obtain employment, through studying by achieving and alleviating the purpose of the predicament that graduates obtain employment at present, expect to open up the new situation of a result thathas win-win to education situations, economic situations within future.
