As the scale of higher vocational colleges expand and gradual change in the mode of running slowly,and the administrative work for smooth completion of the teaching,scientific research center task plays the role of more and more obvious.In 2015 the state council about push forward world first-rate university and the first-rate discipline construction overall plan of the higher vocational colleges target provides a new guide,under the background of the need to strengthen the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges,in order to enhance their competitive strength,to win the construction of " tow first-rate " fight for better conditions.The realization of school running goal also depends on the improvement of administrative efficiency.The original administrative management concept and management means and the future development demand between the fitness of lower and lower.As the main body of administrative management,the quality of administrative personnel and their competence are of great significance to the improvement of administrative efficiency.Based on this background,the research administrative staff in higher vocational colleges to advance to promote the efficiency of administrative management,incentive mechanism for school teaching,scientific research center and provide a good development environment to achieve the goal of school education.The paper uses literature research,case study,investigation,qualitative analysis and other research methods.On the basis of clarifying relevant theories,starting from the current situation of administrative personnel incentive mechanism of A higher vocational college in jiangxi province,analyze the incentive problems,and accordingly puts forward the executive incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges to design countermeasures.That is,on the basis of clarifying the motivational content,from establishing to work as the core of integral evaluation system,based on the integral evaluation results of post competition mechanism,dominated by post appointment and integral evaluation results of salary system,based on the integral evaluation results of post promotion mechanism,according to the construction of post competency and " tow first-rate " educational goals to guide the direction of training mechanism and so on five of executive incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges to optimize.
