In today’s society,in the face of the challenge of "Internet +",education has gradually moved from closure to opening up.The combination of "Internet +" and teaching is getting more and more closer.Many junior middle school biology teachers begin to try to carry on the biology teaching under the background of "Internet +",so as to improve the teaching effect and promote the education reform.However,there are still some deficiencies in biology experiment teaching in junior middle school,which has influenced the teaching quality to a certain extent.Therefore,it is not only the need of junior middle school biology teaching,but also the effective way to improve students’ comprehensive ability to carry out biology experiment teaching in junior middle school based on "Internet +" background.This study combines literature research method,questionnaire survey method and action research method to find out the research background,research progress and theoretical basis by referring to the relevant literature of "Internet + Teaching".Taking biology teachers of junior middle school in Yantai as the respondents,the author investigates and analyzes the teaching situation of biology experiment in junior middle school and the factors of carrying out biology experiment teaching in junior middle school based on the background of "Internet +",to understand the current situation of biology experiment teaching in Yantai junior middle school,the conditions of the biology experiment teaching in junior middle school based on the background of "Internet +",Teachers’ attitude towards junior middle school biology experiment teaching based on "Internet +" background and the practical application of junior middle school biology experiment teaching based on "Internet +" background.Through the questionnaire survey,we found that most schools in Yantai will provide ample space and time for students to complete the experiment at present.However,experimental evaluation methods are too single,and the teaching effect is poor as a result of a variety of factors.For the conditions that are based on the experimental teaching under the background of "Internet +",the teaching method can not be implemented as there is no application platform and other reasons,while most of the teachers have corresponding hardware devices,and most of the teachers have a certain understanding of "Internet + Education".At the same time,the experiment content of junior middle school biology textbook of Shandong Science and Technology Publishing House is analyzed.According to the nature and content of the biology experiment in junior middle school,and "Internet +" application mode,three kinds of instructional strategies under the background of "Internet +" were put forward,that are,instructional strategy for "Internet +" used in pre-class study,classroom evaluation and class discussion,instructional strategy for "Internet +" used in experimental guidance,classroom evaluation,and class discussion,and instructional strategy for "Internet +" used in classroom evaluation and discussion in class,which provides certain teaching guidance for biology teachers,and helps teachers to carry out experimental teaching more effectively.After putting forward the strategy,this strategy is applied in teaching practice to verify the teaching effect of junior middle school biology experiment teaching based on the background of "Internet +".Through practice,it is found that carrying out biology experiment teaching in junior middle school based on the background of "Internet +" is beneficial to the improvement of teaching effect and teaching quality,to arousing students’ enthusiasm for biological study,and to cultivating students’ practical ability and cooperative operation ability.
