Mathematics is a basic subject with high logicality and strong abstractness.However,in traditional mathematics teaching procedures,due to the single "chalk and blackboard" teaching mode,plus our expectation for the exam,and the pursuit of good performance,we tend to overlook the feelings of the students in learning math.We demand them toughly to remember and practice a lot.The teachers and students even the parents make a lot efforts on it,but we always get a poor result.Obviously,the traditional teaching methods can not follow the challenge in information age.Now the GeoGebra teaching software can make good use of its own advantages to break existing problems in the traditional teaching methods and improve the quality and efficiency of math teaching.These new tools including algebra,geometry,3D,tables,route estimation,calculus,etc.In order to explore the useful strategies of GeoGebra assisted middle school mathematics teaching,also to stimulated the students' interest and desire in mathematics and improve the quality and efficiency of mathematics teaching.Therefore,based on the current situation of middle school mathematics teaching in China and the advantages of software itself,this study applies GeoGebra to junior middle school mathematics teaching.This paper analyzes the validity and feasibility of GeoGebra assistant in junior high school mathematics teaching from theory and practice.The specific research process and research methods are as follows:This study mainly reviewed and analyzed domestic and international document literature related to mathematics teaching and GeoGebra teaching,then selected two parallel classes of grade 7 from the affiliated high school of China university of science and technology as the experimental objects.Among them class 1uses "GeoGebra auxiliary teaching",class2 uses "normal traditional teaching".The experimental teaching lasts for one semester.The teaching content is volume one in seventh grade mathematics of SHKJ.This experiment uses spss19.0 to analyse the test results of the experimental group and the control group in the time before and after the experiment and analyse the questionnaire data of the two group.Experimental results show that using GeoGebra auxiliary junior middle school mathematics teaching can improve students' interest in mathematics,enhance mathematics learning motivation,cultivate the students' mathematical,logical intelligence and visual,spatial intelligence,thus improving the students' mathematics performance,etc.This study fully proves that the mathematics teaching of GeoGebra is very effective and feasible in improving classroom quality and efficiency.It is worth popularizing in the field of mathematics teaching in our country.
