"Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" state council on national education career development planning,points out that to optimize the service work,improve the study abroad information management service mechanism,improve study in management and service system.The actuator of this article will take the national professional students studying in fund management committee,for example,further study of its informatization construction situation,from aspects of the business,systems and data analysis of the existing problems of informatization construction,puts forward design scheme of targeted,integration of information resources,from the global integration was proposed and the overall point of view,explains how to make scientific and comprehensive overall planning and coordination and orderly project implementation.First of all,for the original system design is insufficient,the function is not perfect,part of the module usage is not high enough,so the distributed workflow design is implemented in term of the technical scheme.Meanwhile the project management business monitoring and statistics has been used to enhance the data coupling and extensibility.Secondly,for the imperfect function of the original system,this paper dynamically configures the dependencies,and the user can determine the dependencies between the projects according to the needs.For the project attributes that may be crossed,they can also be configured dynamically.The first need to configure the project attributes,then the subclass can default display of the properties of large class configuration and can be based on the specificity of subclasses to modify the configuration of the property,and ultimately achieve high flexibility,configurability,scalability of the system.Finally,for the system and data isomorphism between the existing system and the system developed by other departments,this paper uses a service-oriented model as a solution.the weak support of the service-oriented inter-system exchange method for a large amount of data and large file exchange,and the collection of massive data also increased the difficulty of processing and management,so this paper uses data mining clustering analysis to solve this problem.In this paper,the ReliefF feature extraction algorithm is used to calculate the weight of each feature,and the least relevant features are eliminated.Then,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the remaining features,and the distribution results are generated according to the clustering results.The results of the distribution map can provide the basis for decision support for the work of the CSC,such as the development of project plans and the allocation of quotas.
