Yoga has a long history and a wide range of influences.Because the project itself is physical and healthy,relieves stress and fatigue,and is suitable for all ages to practice,it meets the needs of people's lifelong sports and is deeply loved by mass fitness.The application of yoga courses in colleges and universities,high school physical education is more common,but it is less popular in junior high school physical education classes.The lack of guidance for targeted yoga teaching programs and the unsatisfactory results have hindered the development of yoga in junior high schools.To this end,through the research on the design and implementation of yoga teaching programs for the physical and mental development of junior high school students,the promotion of yoga content into systems and systems.Provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the opening of junior high school yoga classes.This article takes 48 students from the first grade of Jinan No.20 Middle School in Shandong Province as the experimental object,taking Lideshu people as the foundation,and knowing the line of work as the concept,following the rules of teaching and educating students and students,using the literature method and questionnaire method.,experimental methods and other methods to study the body shape(height,weight),physical function(spirometry)and physical fitness(50 meters running,800 / 1000 meters running,sitting position)before and after participating in yoga classes for students participating in the17-week yoga class.Comparative analysis of the effects of body flexion,standing long jump,sit-ups,pull-ups,and stress on interest in physical education.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Investigation and research shows that the yoga course is in line with the law of physical and mental development of junior high school students,is deeply loved by students and teachers,and can meet the needs of teachers' teaching.It is feasible to carry out yoga classes in junior high schools.2.The design of junior high school yoga teaching program includes: yoga teaching goal,yoga time allocation and course structure,yoga teaching content,yoga teaching task,yoga teaching strategy,yoga teaching venue,yoga teaching evaluation and so on.The yoga class isarranged in 45 minutes.The beginning part: classroom routine.Preparation section: Adjusting through yoga meditation.The basic part: teaching yoga content according to the teaching plan.The end part: adjust the state through the rest of yoga to relieve fatigue.3.Through teaching experiments: body shape,the height of students before and after the experiment has significantly increased,body weight changes are not significant;body function(spirometry),the difference before and after the experiment is very significant;physical quality,800(female)The difference between 1000(male),1 minute sit-up(female)and sitting body flexion was significant before and after the experiment.The difference between 50 meters,standing long jump and pull-up was not significant before and after the experiment;In terms of interest,the practice of yoga exercise has a very positive effect on the participation of second-year students in sports interest and the concept of life-long sports.In terms of learning pressure,yoga class exercises can be carried out to a certain extent during periods of high academic pressure.Help students to release stress,work and rest,and promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.Yoga becomes a teaching content and enters the physical education classroom,which makes a simple supplement to a more systematic and connected level teaching plan.Suggestions on the form of the course.First of all,yoga can be used in the form of teaching content,or as an auxiliary way of the class,combined with physical fitness to achieve better fitness and health effects.Secondly,yoga can be promoted as a school-based curriculum or quality development training.Third,use yoga as an inter-class exercise or as a content of a large class activity,and use the spare time to practice yoga and develop the campus culture of the school.Fourth,yoga practice can also be used as a means of interfering with students' negative emotions and state,alleviating negative emotions and tensions caused by heavy academic pressure or family problems.
