With the rapid development of economy and technology,people pay more and more attention to material satisfaction,but ignore the spiritual needs and development.The pressure from their studies,employment,family and emotional aspects make a lot of the 90 s freshmen confused in personal life and future development,and they have cognitive deviation on the value of life.Many college students' life awareness is weak,they lack life skills and their life quality is not high,who even doubts the meaning of life.In the face of difficulties,they choose to escape,or continue to vent their anger or self-repression,even have some suicidal thoughts,and then turn to death.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out effective life education for college students.Based on the investigation and analysis of the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and observation,the study dedicate to in-depth understanding College Students' characteristics of life value,and their cognitiveness on life education,understanding the problems of today's college life education.By analyzing the causes and influencing factors,it is necessary to build the pattern of life education of the government,social organizations,schools,the family and the multi-dimensional,multijoint coordination,which help students establish a correct outlook on life,promote the effectiveness of the work of life education on life quality for college students,improve the school education system,and promote the development of harmonious society.
