Students' autonomous learning takes students as the main part of learning,and through the independent analysis,questioning,exploration and creation,students can achieve their learning goals.At present,China's distance education reform independent learning is advocated,the purpose is students as the main learning,encourage students through independent thinking and exploration to complete the learning process.In 2012,the establishment of the Open University marked a direction in development of adult higher education.With the National Open University successfully created the independent study of open education to get more and more attention,and the academic circles also make autonomous learning as an important teaching reform research.This paper takes Guangdong open university students autonomous learning management as the research object,according to their academic seven years of practical experience,combined with the cognitive theory,constructivism theory,using question survey and comparative methods,the Guangdong open up students' autonomous learning enthusiasm is not high status analysis,sum up in the course of development of students in various forms,learning atmosphere light,lack of confidence in learning,online homework is difficult,the teachers are lacking,some problems such as overlapping mode,explore its causes,mainly due to the development is not comprehensive,teaching support is not enough,teaching system is not perfect,the students' target of learning is not clear.From the domestic and foreign advanced practice encourage autonomous learning,proposes some suggestions,strengthen management team,implementation responsibilities of teachers,change the students' philosophy,stimulate interest in learning cultivate autonomous learning awareness,with help of teachers education,improvement of teachers resources,and implement the "student centered" philosophy of education fundamentally.Guangdong Open University to carry out academic education and non-academic education in the new management system and operation mechanism,changed the classroom teaching mode,make use of modern Internet and mobile technology,encourage students' autonomous learning,for different age and educational levels of students can keep enthusiasm of learning,has the construction of learning society of education in China.
