Research On The Construction Of College Students' Voluntary Service Mechanism Of Wuhan Polytechnic University

Volunteer spirit is the traditional virtue and the combination of modern civilization,China has existed since ancient times "kind and the character of this","the patient's disease,sorrow of sorrow",such as the old adage,and the volunteer spirit is passing on the kindness of the Chinese nation,the traditional virtue of the poor,and embodies the essential requirement of socialist morality,in the construction of social spiritual civilization occupies the important position.Since the 1990 s,with huge change that China's social and economic society,volunteer service activities to flourish,has become the important content and form widely participate in social practice of college students,and gain broad attention and high reputation in the society from all walks of life.College students as the backbone of the Chinese society in the future and builders,and actively participate in solving the problem of the current Chinese society.Volunteering is not only reflected the dedicated spirit of university students in China,and the realization of self-worth,style,but also promote the social spiritual civilization,the practice of socialist core values.College students volunteer service China starts relatively late,there are some universal obstacle: the development of voluntary service law is imperfect,social participation is not high,the volunteer organization and management mechanism is not standard,the lack of voluntary fund,etc.This paper through the questionnaire survey of wuhan university of light industry volunteer service activities argument analysis put forward to establish long-term effective mechanism of college students volunteer service,from improving the external environment,reconstruct organization management,and improve their own quality three aspects put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,the government,society,colleges and universities,college students four main body active function,all-round multi-level to build college students volunteer service mechanism.
