Rural education as an important part of national education,the development of rural education is related to the development of national education.As the implementer of rural education,the development of rural education cannot be separated from the cultivation of rural teachers.Therefore,the development of rural teachers is the cornerstone of the development of rural education and the basis for the development of national education.Rural teachers as a part of rural education resources,rural education development needs the support of large,high-quality rural teachers resources.Rural teachers as a profession,the source of rural teachers need to rely on the professional attraction of rural teachers.The beneficial way to improve the rural teachers' professional attraction is to construct the rural teachers' motivation mechanism.Through the adoption of rural teachers' motivation measures,the rural teachers' professional attraction can be improved,and finally the goal of attracting,retaining and making good use of rural teachers can be achievedAt this stage,the state vigorously develops rural education to attract a quality,rural teachers.So the state has introduced the " rural teachers support plan(2015-2020)" or "support plan".The author first through the text research method,reads the " support plan" and31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)" support plan",and analyses the text about the motivation policy,and explores the breakthrough and innovation about " support plan" motivation.Secondly,by using the method of literature review,the author combs the related theories of rural teacher motivation research in detail,and finds out the research status at home and abroad.In addition,the author uses the case study method finding the successful motivation experience of individual provinces.Finally,The author uses the interview method,from the difficult perspective of the implementation of rural teachers' motivation policy,through having an interview with eight rural teachers in Hebei province,and finding the problems in the implementation of rural teachers' motivation policy,and finding out the measures to solve the problems,so as to find out the innovation of the construction of rural teachers' motivation mechanism.Based on the above research,the author finds out thereasonable motivation factors of rural teachers' demand,formulates feasible motivation measures for rural teachers,and makes some improvement and innovation on the motivation mechanism of rural teachers.This study is divided into five parts:The introduction part mainly the question proposed,the research significance,the core concepts definition,the literature review,the research method as well as the difficulties and innovations of the research.The first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of rural teacher motivation.The theoretical analysis of rural teacher motivation involves reinforcement theory and alternative reinforcement theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Rawls' difference compensation theory.In addition,the importance of support programs about and motivation for rural teachers is analyzed in detail.The second chapter is the text analysis of the motivation policy of " support plan" in the provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities).This chapter is to from the living treatment,preparation tilt,title preferential treatment,honor construction four aspects of the provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)" support plan" motivation policy text and text innovation methods are analyzed in detail,and find in addition to living treatment,preparation tilt,title preferential treatment,honor construction other rural teachers' needs,appropriate incentives,and explore feasible innovation methods,for the construction of rural teachers motivation mechanism in the way to do some reference.The third chapter analyzes the successful cases of rural teachers' motivation policy in China.In this chapter,analyzes the successful cases of the implementation of rural teacher motivation policy in typical areas,so that the successful experience has been fully promoted,and from the perspective of the implementation difficulties of rural teacher motivation policy,has interviews with eight rural teachers in Hebei province to find the problems existing in the implementation process of rural teacher motivation policy,and have an analysis of the problems to find out the countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to find out the innovation of the construction of rural teacher motivation mechanism.The fourth chapter is the construction of rural teachers' innovation motivation mechanism.This chapter mainly accords to the rural teacher motivation mechanismconstruction principle,and draws lessons from foreign remote areas of teacher motivation measures,the construction of rural teacher motivation mechanism in our country put forward innovative suggestions.
